Description

Just the thought of doing something different every day makes you happy. Every day you are at a different production line with different colleagues. So enough variety. Thanks to you, the packing and repacking process of confectionery goes very quickly. While you chat with your colleagues about the weekend, you pack all the sweets on the production line at a rapid pace.

Your new job
In a clean and warm production environment you work as a packer and repacker on location in Etten-Leur. Candy, biscuits and cans of drinks from well-known brands are packed and repacked here. At this production company, the production lines continue to run day and night. As a result, you have different working hours every day and you work alternately on different production lines. This creates a lot of variation in your work and the colleagues you work with. During your working day, you always switch places on the belt with your colleagues. What makes this job extra interesting is the pleasant working atmosphere.

Your average working day looks like this:

you enter through the staff entrance where the team leaders are already waiting for you and your colleagues.
in the changing room you put on your white coat and safety shoes, put on a hair net and disinfect your hands.
your team leaders announce the daily schedule.
you get to work with your team of the day.
at the end of your working day you go home with a satisfied feeling.

Your workplace
You will work at a packing and repacking company in the food industry that works for well-known candy brands. Here they work with different shifts from 6am to 2:30pm, 7am to 4pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm, 8am to 5pm, 2:30pm to 11pm and 11pm to 6am. The atmosphere in this company is very friendly, so you quickly feel at ease.

About you
You are someone who prefers to do something different every day and pick up new things quickly. You keep up the pace and can work very neatly at the same time. Your fine motor skills help you to pack and repack accurately. For this position of packer and repacker:

you preferably have some working experience in production.
you don't mind working in shifts.
you speak Dutch, English or Polish. Preferably English, but this is not mandatory.

What you get from us

a gross hourly wage of € 11.47.
an irregularity allowance of 115% or 150% when you work in shifts.
an overtime allowance of 125% or 150%.
