From Farm to Store, Freshness in Store!
Het verhaal van onze klant begon in de jaren 1960, toen drie broers het familiebedrijf van hun vader verder uitbouwden. Dankzij een goede werkorganisatie en hoge kwaliteit sloegen ze al snel hun vleugels uit en breidde hun assortiment zich steeds verder uit. In korte tijd slaagden ze erin een aantal lokale telers samen te brengen en een efficiënt logistiek netwerk op te zetten dat sindsdien dagelijks verse groenten en fruit levert aan supermarkten.
Als EPT-orderpicker bezorg je groenten en fruit vanuit het magazijn (koelcel) op de productievloer, waar ze vervolgens worden gesorteerd en verpakt. Het is jouw taak om met je EPT de juiste hoeveelheid producten op het juiste moment bij de juiste lijn te krijgen.
Als er minder werk is, help je je collega's op de productielijnen. Deze baan vereist precisie en een goede tijdscoördinatie, dus het is belangrijk dat je ervaring hebt met het besturen van een EPT.
Werktijden:
Je werkt in twee ploegen:
- De eerste begint om 7.30 uur en eindigt om 15.00 uur.
- De tweede begint om 15.00 uur en eindigt met de laatste bestelling (meestal rond middernacht).
Je moet er rekening mee houden dat de manager je kan vragen langer te blijven als er bijvoorbeeld veel bestellingen van klanten zijn. Dit gebeurt veel in het hoogseizoen (bv. rond de feestdagen), dus je hebt de kans om veel uren te werken!
Je werkt 5 of 6 dagen per week.
Het seizoen bij deze klant begint begin maart en loopt door tot Kerstmis.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie moet je:
- Engels of Duits spreken
- Een geldig EPT-certificaat hebben
- Flexibel zijn om lange dagen te werken
- Strikte hygiëneregels volgen: geen kunstnagels, wimpers, sterke make-up of sterke parfum die het product zouden kunnen besmetten
- Bereid zijn om in koude temperaturen te werken
- Ervaring in het werken met voedingsmiddelen en orderpicking is zeer welkom!

Zoals gezegd - je werkt in ploegendienst dus je hebt recht op extra toeslagen:
- Na 19.00 uur krijg je 25% extra
- Na 23.00 tot 5.00 uur krijg je 40% extra
- We kunnen je vervoer naar het werk organiseren - in onze minibus of in een bedrijfsauto. Als je besluit om chauffeur te worden en je collega's naar het werk te rijden, ontvang je een extra financiële beloning.

Our client's story began in the 1960s, when three brothers started to develop their father's family business. Thanks to good work organisation and high quality, they quickly spread their wings and their range of products continued to expand. Within a short period of time, they managed to bring together a number of local growers, transplanters and set up an efficient logistics network that has since supplied fresh fruit and vegetables to Supermarkets on a daily basis.
As an EPT orderpicker, you deliver fruit and vegetables from the warehouse (cold store) to the production floor, where they are then sorted and packed. Your task is to get the right amount of produce to the right line with your EPT trolley at the right time.
When there is less work to do, you help your colleagues on the production lines. This job requires precision and good time coordination, so it is important that you have experience of driving an EPT trolley.
Working hours:
You will work in two shifts:
- The first starts at 7.30 and ends at 15.00.
- The second one starts at 15.00 and ends with the last order (mostly round midnight).
You have to be prepared for the fact that the manager may ask you to stay longer if, for example, there are a lot of orders from customers. This happens a lot in high season, so you have the opportunity to work a lot of hours!
You work 5 or 6 days per week.
The season with this client starts at the beginning of March and runs continuously until Christmas.
In order to be successful in this position you need to:
- Speak English or German
- Have a valid EPT certificate
- Be flexible to work a long days
- Follow strict hygiene rules: no false nails, eyelashes, strong make-up or strong perfume which could contaminate the product
- Be prepared to work in cold temperatures
- Experience in working with the food products and order picking is very welcome!
