Pollux is a young, dynamic company specialized in the recruitment of international workers. Because of further expansion of the company, Pollux is looking for a recruiter.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Your task is to support the entire recruitment and selection process;
  • Proactively recruiting (technical, logistical and production) candidates through various channels;
  • Contact for the temporary workers and the clients;
  • Preparing vacancy texts, processing applications and selecting CVs;
  • Conducting telephone screening in which a number of important points are tested;
  • Conducting and planning selection interviews;
  • Administrative processing of the recruitment process such as sending rejections, sending out invitations, giving information and answering telephone questions, translating resumes;
  • Monitor and further develop the recruitment process;
  • Actively maintaining the pool of available candidates;
  • Regular contact with our recruitment offices in Europe;
  • Demonstrable affinity with the target group you recruit;
  • Excellent communication skills.

We ask:

  • Minimum MBO + / HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least one year of relevant experience in job placement, preferably in recruitment;
  • Knowledge of labor market communication and / or affinity with social media;
  • Extensive experience in working with various online and offline recruitment channels;
  • Good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch language;
  • Self-starting, service-oriented, solution-oriented, accurate and proactive;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Willingness to work in exchange services and to cooperate in the accessibility service;
  • Can deal with work pressure (stress resistant);
  • Flexible: No nine to five mentality.
